If your appointment is longer than 3 hours I will take a 10min break

BOOKING DEPOSIT: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please read information provided before making any payments!

CONFIRMATION: You will receive a confirmation text within 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not respond to confirm by 8:00pm that day your appointment will automatically be canceled & you will lose your deposit.

CANCELLATION: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at-least 48hrs before your scheduled appointment time. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARRIVE ON TIME. If you are running late YOU MUST communicate that with me BEFORE your scheduled appointment time. After 15 mins your appointment will be canceled unless you've communicated your late arrival with me.

RESCHEDULING: Go to the confirmation email of your original appointment and choose the option to reschedule. Your deposit is good for 1 rescheduling time within 30 days of the original appointment and must be rescheduled at-least 48hrs before your scheduled appointment time to transfer deposit. Rescheduling your appointment the day of is equivalent to canceling. If you choose to reschedule again you will have to re-book your appointment and pay an additional deposit.

REMAINING BALANCE: All balances must be paid in cash or Zelle . Please have exact change of payment prepared when arriving to appointment.
